Since 1989, Balloon Creations By Carolyn has served the entire Sacramento area. We have expanded from delivering Balloon Bouquets to decorating for wedding receptions, and corporate events. We have also added outdoor advertising balloons and helium tank rentals to our selection of services. We have received many awards for our creative work, customer satisfaction and our involvement in the community.

Balloons can transform small and large venues into places of celebration. Balloons can be used for accents only, to an already attractive location, or they can turn an ordinary plain venue into something spectacular! As Certified Balloon Artists through the Qualatex Balloon Network, we have undergone extensive training in the application of key design elements in balloon decor. QBN is the most comprehensive certification program in the professional balloon industry to ensure all participating members are knowledgeable and dedicated professionals.
